According to a recent study, more than 70% of workers in the US, struggle with attaining a “work-life” balance that will work for them. For most in the workforce, accomplishing any type of work-life system, will seem like a fairy tale, particularly when technology makes us reachable around-the-clock. Time itself, free from office requirements, seems to be ever more intangible.

THEY DETERMINE WHAT SUCCESS IS
Even “Super Workers” who seem to achieve work-life balance have established a solid sense of who they are, they believe in their standards, and what is ultimately essential to them. These types of leaders understand what makes themselves tick and they endeavor to get more of that in their work and home life. Even though their time could be viewed by others as being lopsided towards either home-life or work-life, it is what they deem as “balanced” that works best for them.
THEY MAKE CHOICES DELIBERATELY ABOUT WHAT THE WANT OUT OF LIFE
As a substitute for just letting life “happen,” individuals who attain balance in life & work, make measured choices regarding what they need from life and/or how they want to devote their time. They often talk to their friends, family and co-workers who are significant in their life, in order to come up with a “road map” of what is essential to them, in what way they want to spend their time, or pledge to following their pathway.
THEY TALK ABOUT WHAT’S WORKING AND WHAT’S NOT
Work-life stability getting out-of-whack is typically a result of allowing things to “just slide” as opposed to a purposeful, intentional choice. Those who are decent at remaining on-track make conscientious decisions to frequently chat to the significant people in their lives around what may be working or what isn’t, as well as to make decisions to change course if need be. Regularly they have found meditation, art & craft, music, athletic, or some other interest that permits them to distance themselves from the burdens of everyday life in order to relax, revive, and ultimately regenerate themselves.
THEIR GOALS ARE ALIGNED WITH THEIR PASSIONS
Some individuals go through life getting trapped in situations that end up controlling them and not the other way around. For anyone who achieves balance they have a well-defined design around timelines and are prepared to make most necessary sacrifices to get what it is they. As an example, most moguls normally plan to spend a significant amount of time in the initial starting-up of their companies. Those that work to realize balance down the line see this as a necessary sacrifice, but one that allows them to devote extra time and energy in other areas they are avid about once it is established.
THEY HAVE A SOLID NETWORK OF SUPPORT
Folks who’ve attained good balance usually maintain a strong network of people who support their ambitions, whom they can depend upon to help them get through trying times. These are supporters who usually extend themselves to help-out in their family or friend groups. They tend to have an assortment of interests and are usually open to fresh possibilities. This supporting cast is usually inquisitive, open, and ultimately want to experience life to the fullest, just like you do.
